Fees and Funding
Our fees are reviewed each term. Please note that a maximum of 10 funded hours per day can be claimed.
Help with fees
You may be eligible for :
-
Universal Credits help of up to 85% towards unfunded hours.
-
Tax Free Childcare contributing to up to 20% of your fees.
-
Government funded hours- see below.
-
Childcare vouchers- your employer may run a 'salary' sacrifice scheme where part of your salary is paid in vouchers, reducing your tax and NI.
Government funded hours
You may be eligible for up to 30 hours a week from the term after your child turns 9 month. This is 30 hours per week for 38 weeks per year (a total of 1140 hours) as the funding only covers 38 weeks per year.
We allow all year round attendees to "stretch" their funding across the 50 weeks per year we are open.
We are as flexible as possible, offering a wide range of options for families to maximise their use of funding. We don't limit funding to specific sessions, so you can claim as much as possible.
Some children are entitled to 30 funded hours (with a minimum attendance of 3 days per week except by agreement). Others may be eligible for 15 hours funding. Fully funded places are available for term time (38 weeks). Time not covered by funding is charged using our hourly rate for term time or all year round, as applicable. Optional extra charges are made for provision over and above the basic childcare paid for by this funding, such as meals, a health and hygiene package and extra-curricular activities.
Parents are responsible for applying for a funding code, and regularly re-confirming the validity of this code in order to claim their funded hours. If a valid code is not in place, the full unfunded fees become due.
We offer:
Package 1, with all of our extra services.
Package 2, which is unfunded and suits those who are not eligible for, or do not want to use funding.
Package 3 and 4, which are fully funded, and do not include any extra services.
You are welcome to select the package best suited to your needs. Please see our list of additional fees which apply to package 2.
